He consults on HR Outsourcing, Human Resource Management, corporate strategy and entrepreneurial marketing in banking, SMEs and services industry. He has always been involved with high profile organizations at emerging or turnaround stages playing key roles in the areas of innovation, change management, strategy implementation, human resources development, coaching, employee intermediation, training and leadership. At leisure, he walks, cycles, writes essays and reads classics, Readers Digest Condensed novels, etc. He is married with two children.

| Benjamin Kene Mogor is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and Federal University of Technology Owerri majoring in Accounting & Project Management respectively. Prior to joining XL, Ben has had an extensive career in the private and public sectors as a seasoned manager. His experience cuts across all key areas of administration and management with very strong emphasis on accounting. Upon joining XL, he started as the Internal Control Officer, and later served as the General Manager of Quadro Impressions Limited until his redeployment to the Ghana Project team. He has professional training from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Lagos Business School and POISE the finishing school. He is a Certified National Accountant, an Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management and the Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria. He is married with a child. |

Femi Akindele |

| Femi Akindele has second-class honours in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. Prior to joining XL, he has acquired seven years experience in construction management, contract administration, facility management and project management in G. Cappa Plc and Standard Global Services Limited. Femi has been involved and versed in the supervision of construction and project management of high-rising luxury apartments in the public sector, telecommunication, general services and banking industry. He is married with children. |
