The
Projects and Facilities Management Division of XL Management Services
Limited was set up with the purpose of improving the quality of project
conception, delivery and management in our immediate environment. The
conventional project management approach involves the
inter-relationship of disparate professional disciplines operating as
independent consultants and contractors, and thereby leading to higher
project cost to the client. The XL model creates a one-stop
approach, providing these services in an integrated manner by
warehousing all such professionals under one roof. This time-tested

the client business. The Project Team is made up of highly

Institute of Facilities Management and is allied to a number of
World-Class Project Management and Facility Management Companies. . OBJECTIVE To

ensure that the built facility is well designed, managed and delivered
to agreed specifications, within budget and on schedule. .
