BACKGROUND

The Projects and Facilities Management Division of XL Management Services Limited was set up with the purpose of improving the quality of project conception, delivery and management in our immediate environment.

The conventional project management approach involves the inter-relationship of disparate professional disciplines operating as independent consultants and contractors, and thereby leading to higher project cost to the client.

The XL model creates a one-stop approach, providing these services in an integrated manner by warehousing all such professionals under one roof. This time-tested unique approach translates to overall cost reduction on the capital expenditure profiles of our client, and hence enhanced profitability in the client business.

The Project Team is made up of highly experienced professionals with expertise in all disciplines of the built environment, ranging from Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, to Facility Management.Our improved Project Management system is geared towards ensuring that our clients receive value for their money in the areas of timely completion, quality of work and cost optimization.

Our service focus is on the Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications Companies, Franchise Companies and Private and Corporate Investors in the real estate and construction industry.
The Division, which holds membership of a number of professional bodies, recently joined the prestigious British Institute of Facilities Management and is allied to a number of World-Class Project Management and Facility Management Companies. .
