Charles Nwodo Jnr

GMD/CEO

Charles Nwodo Jnr is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has a background in engineering and stock broking as well as Investment and Commercial Banking. He is an Alumnus of the University of Nigeria, an accomplished engineer, a chartered stock broker and a banker. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts, USA. Mr. Nwodo Jnr, the pioneer Chief Investment Officer of Standard Trust Bank (now UBA Plc) left the bank as the Executive Director, Corporate Services to float XL Management Services Limited. At STB, he was responsible for setting up and managing the Bank's treasury function, and developing and co-coordinating the Bank's hugely successful public sector banking initiative. Some of his last assignments in STB (now UBA Plc) include the aggressive branch expansion exercise, the direct supervision of the Bank’ rebranding and corporate transformation project and co- ordination of the Bank's Initial Public Offer in 2004. Mr. Nwodo Jnr is widely traveled and enjoys reading, football and extreme sports. He is a Christian and associated with several religious bodies and philanthropic organizations. He is married with two children.

Babatunde Fajimi

MD, XL Management Services (Sierra Leone)

Babatunde Fajimi, MBA and alumnus of eCornell, is the Managing Director of XL Management Services Sierra Leone Limited and an entrepreneur with excellent networking capability and multi-skills in marketing and managing diversified outsourcing services. He consults on HR Outsourcing, strategic planning and entrepreneurial marketing in the services sectors in West Africa.

He is involved with high profile organizations at emerging and turnaround stages playing key roles in the areas of innovation, change management, human resources development, coaching, training and leadership. At leisure, he walks, cycles, writes essays and collects classics and Readers Digest Condensed novels. He is married with two children.

Henry Senyo Atiase

MD, XL Management Services (Ghana) Ltd

Henry Senyo Atiase is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Kumasi, Ghana with a BSc. in Architecture and a post graduate diploma in Architecture.

Prior to joining XL Ghana, Henry had an extensive career in the public and private sector as a seasoned architect. His experience cuts across all key areas of Architectural Designs, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Facilities Management, Administration and Management with very strong emphasis on Consultancy Services.

Upon joining XL, he started as the divisional head, projects and Facility Management where he handled over twenty-five projects, until his appointment as the Managing Director, XL Ghana Team.

Henry is an associate member of the Ghana Institute of Architects-[AGIA]. He is happily married with two children. .

Ayuba Dantala

MD, XL Management Services (Liberia) Limited

Ayuba Dantala holds a HND and M.Sc in Business Administration, and Public Policy & Administration from Kwara Polytechnic Ilorin and Bayero University, Kano respectively.

He worked in Nigerian banking sector for 8 yeas and also, a Logistics & Programmes Executive for 2 years before joining XL Management Services Ltd. He also developed a career and is experienced in Human Resource Management. A skill set he brought to bear in XL Management Services Ltd.

He commenced his career in XL Management Services as the Zonal Coordinator North, before being promoted as the Regional Coordinator North. He later became the Head Business Development & Marketing Support; Head of Operations and Ag GM, XL HR Outsourcing Ltd, before his deployment to XL Management Services (Liberia) Limited as the pioneer Managing Director.

An Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), he is currently running a Post Graduate course at the University of Liberia in International Relations. He is married with two kids.

Martin Nyamali

MD, FMX Integrated Services Limited

Engr Martin holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Benin respectively. He has over 15 years work experience covering diversified areas of Civil Engineering works, Tender Preparation and analysis, Project Management, Facilities Management, Evaluation and Monitoring, Cost Estimation and control, as well as, Project Planning and Execution.

He started his career as a Senior Engineer with Nigerian Dynamic Limited, Benin City where he worked for five years. After a four years experience with Summit International Consultants Limited, he resumed at Continental Trust Bank Limited as Head, Premises Unit in July 2001, from where he joined XL.

Before his current elevation as Managing Director, he was General Manager, FMX Integrated Services Ltd., Martin developed and implemented the New Business Office Roll out Programme for Standard Trust Bank, Ghana, among several other projects of reference. Martin is highly IT literate and proficient in several software and hardware applications. He is a member of the International Facilities Management Association, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Council for Registered Engineers in Nigeria (COREN) and the American Society of Civil Engineers. A devout catholic and IT enthusiast, Martin is happily married with Children.

Omome Osime

MD, XL Express & Logistics Limited

Ms Omome Osime is a graduate of Estate Management from the University of Lagos and an MBA student of University of Liverpool, UK. Omome by dint of hard work has developed world-class competencies working in various companies over the last thirteen years. She possesses a reputation as a multi tasking professional, with proven ability for high value resource management and consistent excellence in delivering results. She has extensive experience in B2B Sales, Strategic Planning, Customer Relations Management, and Planning and Logistics which provides the enabling environment for best business practices especially for fast moving markets where product innovation, speed of response, service quality and impeccable customer service are key factors.

She started her career as a Logistics Officer in a computer firm in UK before rising to a Manager within two years. On her return, she worked briefly in the Oil and Gas sector, and then joined Virgin Technology, a telecom service provider (now bought over by VGC Telecoms).

Omome has attended numerous training programmes in various aspects of leadership and organizational integration both locally and overseas. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as the Nigerian-South Africa Chambers of Commerce. She is a widely traveled and sociable individual, and enjoys spending her spare time at the gym.

Iba Edikan Umoren

GM, Xtra Energy Support Services Limited

Iba Edikan Umoren is the Gm, Xtra Energy Support Services Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

He has over 12 years Business Development expertise in Oil and Gas Upstream industry with great networking skills. He was the Chief Operating Officer at RedSquare Africa Limited and a major player in the organization of the first International Local Content Conference in Nigeria in March 2007 for the Nigerian Content Division of NNPC prior to his joining the XL Management Group in October 2007. He was the Business Development Manager at Kunstruct Nigeria Limited with successes in myriad of projects for International Oil Companies at various onshore and offshore platforms.

Afam Udeagwu

GM, XL HR Outsourcing Limited

Afam Udeagwu started his career at Standard Trust Bank Ltd, Abuja where he served in different capacities and on various projects such as the setting up of the then North Central Regional Directorate based in Abuja before he was transferred to the Corporate Services Directorate in Lagos.

This grounded team player is a pioneer staff of XL Management Services Ltd. and is a highly motivated, goal driven and proactive professional with several skills which include investigating, negotiating and analytical skills. He holds several qualifications among which are MSc (International Business) from the London South Bank University UK, a BSc (Business Administration) from Ambrose Alli University and a Higher National Diploma from the IMT Enugu. He is also an alumnus of the IFS School of Finance UK.

Before his recent appointment as Group Head, Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance, he worked in large organisations in the UK immediately after his studies where he is reputed for his good attention to details and outstanding skills in clientele management.

Tunde Babalola

GM, XL Security& Protection Services

Tunde is a graduate of Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna. He has over 26 years of experience in professional Military Service, trained Project Management professional, Level 3 Health, Safety and Environment practitioner and Advance Diploma in Security Management Administration.

Prior to joining XL, 'Tunde served as military officer with a distinguished service spanning 26 years in the Nigerian Armed Forces in several capacities amongst which are Grade 1 staff officer at Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, was seconded to United Nations as Military Observer in Democratic Republic of Congo where he served as Chief of Staff, Headquarters 22 Armoured Brigade Staff Officer Grade 1( Administration and Quartering), Nigerian Battalion (NIBATT 27) ECOMOG-Sierra Leone as  Battalion 2i/c and LIBERIA as Company Commander

Hobbies are Reading Travelling and Gaming and enjoy Playing Squash and Table Tennis. He is happily married.

Sunday Ikelegbe

Group Head, Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance

Sunday Ikelegbe is a professional Accountant with many years of experience in the specialized fields of Audit, Finance, Investment, Corporate Finance, Treasury and Strategic Business Management.

He is a graduate of Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Idah in addition to an MBA degree in Financial Management.  Sunday is both an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Student Member PE II of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS). He commenced his professional career with N.M. Nwokolo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and later joined Banex Group from where he moved to Bevalji International as Manager, Finance/Accounts.

Before joining XL Management Services Limited, Sunday worked as Head, Finance/Administration with Cornerstone Trustees Limited. He joined XL Management Services to anchor the Treasury Unit in the Group Financial Control Department, after which he was elevated to the position of the Group Finance Controller. He is currently the Group Head ERM & C

Yusuf Folani

Group Head, Financial Control

Folami is the Group Financial Controller of XL Management Services Limited. A graduate of Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM). He is a final professional level candidate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN).

He started his career in 1996 as a trainee in Hamzat Subair Folami & Co. He has over 12 years post qualification experience at senior and management cadre in various organizations ranging from Manufacturing, Trading, and Finance and Service companies. Before joining XL Management Services Limited as Head, Performance Mgt / Financial Reporting, he was the Head, Finance & Admin. of MicCom Cables & Wires Ltd.

He has also worked as the Chief Accountant of Dayakas Engineering Nigeria, the Group Financial / Tax Accountant of John Holt Plc and the Chief Accountant of Danico West Africa Ltd.

Femi Oluwatoyin

Group Head, Information & Communication Technology
